On Wednesday, 20 March, from 4:30–6:00 pm, in the 11 th floor Residents Lounge, Professor Joe Renouard will host the first HNC US Politics Roundtable of the semester. This is an informal gathering for anyone interested in the state of American politics. This session will focus on the 2024 election season. What issues matter this time around, and what are each party’s prospects for winning the White House and controlling Congress? Are you happy with a Biden-Trump rematch, or would you prefer a different slate of candidates? Could an outsider change the nature of the race? Does the American political system need an overhaul? All HNC community members are welcome to share their thoughts.
