Tuesday Lecture:Russia's Political Economy after 1991: From the Collapse of the Soviet Union to the Military Conflict in Ukraine

On Tuesday, 13 May, at 7:00 pm in Room A106, Dr. Ilja Viktorov, Assistant Professor of the Department of International Studies at Xi'an Jiaotong-Liverpool University, will offer a lecture titled “Russia's Political Economy after 1991: From the Collapse of the Soviet Union to the Military Conflict in Ukraine.” This lecture will be in English and is open to the entire HNC community
