Message from the Class Committee

Time: Apr 15, 2026

For students at the Center for American and Chinese Studies, one of the biggest "events" at the start of every semester is electing the class committee. Nominated students take the stage to give a short speech, and then everyone votes to elect two Chinese class representatives and two international class representatives.

The class committee plays a vital role in bridging Chinese and international students and building a stronger community at the Center. Their responsibilities range from organizing and planning student activities to serving as the class's "suggestion box," "emotional trash can," "vibe curator," and "communication coordinator."

Now, let's hear from the newly elected class committee members this semester: They have something to say!
