Languid sunlight spills into the courtyard of the Hopkins-Nanjing Center.
With early summer breezes lingering at dusk, it’s party time!
An abundant spread of Chinese and Western delicacies lines the lush lawn:
charcoal-grilled skewers, burgers and hot dogs, seasonal vegetable salads, fresh fruits and beyond.
A time-honored annual tradition of the Center, the summer BBQ gets underway as scheduled every year 
Warmth of summer evenings lingers amid rich, aromatic grilled food;
genuine friendship takes shape amid tranquil, refreshing hours.
All the coziness and joy belong to the Hopkins-Nanjing Center!

Under such lovely seasonal weather, hearts draw close to one another, always
