2017年8月11日，望华资本创始人戚克栴博士在香港获得中国并购公会（China M&A Association）颁发的最佳并购交易师奖（Best Certified M&A Dealmaker Award）。
中国并购公会是经国务院批准、由民政部批复成立的非盈利性民间行业协会。于2004年9月成立，总部位于北京，是中国并购领域最具公信力与权威的政府批准的非盈利性行业组织与评价机构，公会致力于推动中国并购市场的规范与成熟，促进中国企业的全球化进程。
望华资本（Merger China Group）是由资深投资银行家戚克栴博士于2013年于北京创立的一家精品投资银行与投资管理机构。戚先生此前曾先后任职于波士顿顾问公司，高盛总部及中金公司。戚先生所负责完成的项目维持着迄今为止中国A股最大要约收购的记录，并曾三次获得媒体评选的中国最佳IPO奖。
